If we talk about litti, then litti is prepared in a completely native style. For this, firstly wheat flour and gram sattu are mixed in the mill. Then it is put in the oven to cook. why is chokha so special
Brinjal, potatoes and tomatoes are roasted and mixed with green chillies and other spices to make the paste of chokha. It is called Chokha, in which there is no adulteration and it is seen in its original and desi form only. Its taste is exactly the same, which should be of Chokha. This hot chokha is served with chupdi litti in desi ghee. Mustard chutney, chopped onions and green chillies are served along with it, people go crazy after eating it.
